Welcome to Northern Pact. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Alcoholic products that have been opened or consumed

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under specific conditions, such as:

  • Products with visible signs of use
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider — refunds may take time to process

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@northernpact.ca and send your item to the return address provided via email.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

Due to Canadian alcohol regulations, customers are not permitted to ship alcohol directly. If a return is necessary, it must be processed through the original point of purchase.

If you purchased your product at a PEILCC (Prince Edward Island Liquor Control Commission) location, please return it directly to that store with your receipt, in accordance with their return policy.

For items purchased through authorized pre-sale or directly from our warehouse, please contact us at support@northernpact.ca to arrange an approved return process. Returns in these cases may be subject to verification and must comply with provincial guidelines.

All returns must be unopened, in original condition and packaging, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Return eligibility may vary depending on the condition of the item and the time elapsed since purchase.

Pre-Orders and Barrel Picks

Pre-sale purchases and barrel pick reservations are non-refundable unless the product is not delivered within 90 days of the estimated shipping window. In such cases, contact us to discuss options.

Modifications

Northern Pact reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
